Flower Photography
As part of my garden photography work, I focus on planting detail within designed and naturalistic spaces, isolating individual flowers or combinations to highlight their form, colour and seasonal character.
I approach this in a similar way to portraiture, looking for the most flattering angle and presenting each subject at its best, using a macro lens to capture crisp detail against a softly blurred background.
